Witam.
Usunąłem mplayera i przy ponownej instalacji przez terminal wyskakuje mi:

Przy próbie z synaptica wyskakuje podobny błąd taki sam tyle, że jeszcze wyskakuje, że nie zainstalowany libfaaco.

Bazując na tym opisie wnioskuję, że możesz mieć coś nie tak z listą repozytoriów. Wklej ją tutaj.

Ja też tak uważam, pokaż swój sources.list.
Możesz także spróbować rozwiązać niespełnione zależności, ale w twoim przypadku to chyba nie pomoże.
