Już patrzę :)
Najpierw w ubuntu livecd znowu doprowadziłem do sytuacji w której kamera działała w skype, ale cały czas mam coś takiego:

Mam obraz zielony identyczny jak w Skype gdy nie działał.

Tym poleceniem:

działa w mplayerze w Debianie, w skype dalej nie działa...

I w ogóle jak uruchamiam skype - wygląda to tak:

ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l2convert.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.
A jak uruchamiam tak ekigę nic nie pisze o ignorowaniu bibliotek, normalnie się włacza be żadnych komentarzy, czyli to będzie wina samego skype :(
Tylko że w ekidze nie zauważam możliwości przeprowadzenia testu video...

Rozwiązanie połowiczne, bo nie widzi mikrofonu wbudowanego w kamerkę...
