Moje boje z Debianem

Witam
Mam Debiana Etch 4.0r4a, Gnome
Komputer:
athlon 2600+, gf 4 tit4200, 768 ram
Teraz moje problemy:
Mam na drugim dysku Windowsa XP, używam ff, i teraz pytanie, czy da się podmontować ustawienia z Windows XP pod iceweasel?
Czy do jakiegoś alternatywnego komunikatora z obsługa gg, można skopiować historię z gg z Windows?
Jako, że moja sieć nie ma IPv6, jak wyłączyć żeby podczas bootowania nie "skanował/szukał" routerów z ipv6.
Jestem trochę zielonkawy, jeśli chodzi o Linuksa, ale nie tak bardzo.
Wielkie dzięki za odpowiedzi i pomoc.

wcisnam CTRL+C i leci dalej, - Nie mogę dodać conky do automatycznego startu, próbowałem do /etc/init.d.. /etc/rcS.d.... ale dalej nic.
- Sterowniki do karty graficznej, niby zainstalowałem ale nie wiem czy działają jak je sprawdzić?
