Mam jajko 2.4.27-2-386 to co na płytce z sarge było. Na PC bez problemu wsio śmigało, jak przeszedłem na lapka, to dźwięk nie ruszył, ale to później.
Upgrade systemu do wersji testing z jądrem 2.6.8-3-686 (moja maszyna to i686, konkretniej Celeron M 390) kernel panic: Attemptet to kill init.
Własna kompilacja jajka dała to samo ba, nawet ściągnąłem sobie netinstalke wersji testing. Zaraz na początku instalacji czerwony ekran i komunikat w stylu "brak urządzeń dyskowych do podłączenia". Nawet Ubuntu 6.06 liveCD nie chce śmigać (wyskakują jakieś errory i kończy ładowanie na samej tapecie GNOME, mogę klikać do woli a o wejściu w konsole tylko pomarzyć).
Upgrade do testing z linux-image-2.6.18-3-686 dało to:

roni, a jak przeprowadziłeś tą aktualizację?
i czy podczas aktualizacji coś Ci wyskoczył (jakieś błędy)?
a i jaki masz sprzęt?

wreszcie udało mi się zrekonstruować logi :) (nie widzi dysku, przez co się na nim nie zapisywały, więc musiałem cyknąc kilka fotek, a że aparcik kiszka jakość, więc wychodziło około 12 na jeden ekran). Oto co wypociłem:

sprawa rozwiązana, jakby ktoś miał podobny problem i nie mógł sobie poradzić, to odsyłam do tego tematu.
Wparwdzie muszę jeszcze troszkę powalczyć z moim debiankiem, ale to gwarantuje, że system wstaje :)
