Problem z rozdzielczo

Witam wczoraj zainstalowałem sobie

apt-get update && apt-get install kdebase kdm

Po instalacji uruchomiłem ponownie komputer, kdm automatycznie wystartowało, wybrałem sobie kde, włączyło się elegancko, ale patrze, a tu w kadu taka dziwna mała czcionka :/ Taka, że prawie nic nie widać, no to nic, przełaczyłem się na fluxboxa, kadu mała czcionka, i w ogóle duża rozdzielczość ( normalnie pracuję na 1024x768 )

Z punktu klepnąłem

nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Patrze na rozdziałki, a tu to samo, obsługiwane od 640x480, do 1024x768 ...

Co może być nie tak?? Może jest jeszcze jakis inny plik definiujący rozdzielczości, o którym nie wiem ?

Kurde, właśnie zauważyłem, że wcięło mi kawał xorg.conf!!

Witam,
Miałem ten sam problem. rozwiązalem go używając dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg. Tam wybierasz sterownik nvidia wpisujesz nazwę karty itp. itd. wubierasz zaawansowaną konfigurację monitora wpisujesz nazwe sprzętu częstotliwości odświeżania i rozdzielczości powinno zadziałać poczytaj jeszcze o konfiguracji za pomocą dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg jest to na foum nawet Kaka to pisał

Kurde, właśnie zauważyłem, że wcięło mi kawał xorg.conf!!

ja też mam ten sam problem, tylko że ja instalowałem system z najnowszego neinstall i tam odrazu nie miałem w xorg.conf sekcji FIles i Modules, a rekonfiguracja przez dpkg i tak nic nie daje, bo tam nawet taka opcja jak zaznaczanie modułów się nie pojawia

ms-trex, jak rozwiązałeś problem? Może wrzuci tu ktoś swoj xorg.conf ?? Ja bym sobie dopisał to co trzeba

ja bym ustawił tutaj
gdyż te parametry odpowiadają jaką rozdzielczość możesz otrzymać
przy tym odświeżaniu

jakie masz parametry monitora chodzi o odświeżanie ?
to te wartości w tych polach zastąp
i powinno działac jak należy

u mnie jest na monitorze 19"

takie mam : HorizSync 28-51
VertRefresh 43-60 i są dobre, przedtem miałem te same, przed instalacją kde :/

brakuje CI paru sekcji

ładowanych modułów przez xorg oraz ścieżek do czcionek
poniżej zamieszczam mój plik porównaj i przeklej sobie te sekcje i spróbuj uruchomić wtedy

Nic to nie dało :/ Ale dobra, jak nie zainstaluje compiza na KDE, to je wywale, bo mi się nie podoba :P I mam nadzieję, że wszystko wtedy wróci do normy
