Witam mam taki problem restartuje debiana wczytuja mi sie regułi iptables a po paru godzinach resetuja sie do standardowych ustawien Pomocy ??

Pewnie jakieś zadanie crona to powoduje. Przeglądnij tablicę systemową (/etc/crontab) i użytkowników (/var/spool/cron) czy nie ma jakiś zadań, które to wywołują.

skrypt odpalany podczas startu systemu z pętlą czasową -> resetujący iptables...

w pierwszym mam tylko to a w drugim nic nie mam ustawione
