[+] Gnome Shell nie działa

Witam,
mam problem odnośnie mojego Gnome. Po zainstalowaniu sterowników Nvidia
apt-get install linux-headers-`uname -r`
apt-get install nvidia-glx
wyskoczył komunikat, że sterownik musi zostać uruchomiony spod roota, ale nie wiedziałem jak to zrobić. Tymczasem po ponownym uruchomieniu komputera, Gnome Shell przestał działać, a na jego miejscu pojawił się stary klasyczny Gnome. Usunąłem ściągnięte wcześniej sterowniki, ale to nic nie dało. Proszę o pomoc, i wytłumaczenie mi w czym tkwi problem.

Teraz już po problemie. Wysypało mi całkowicie środowisko graficzne i połączenie z internetem. Musiałem przeinstalować system. A wynik polecania to:

I w tej chwili problem pojawił się znowu, wszystko tak samo. Najpierw sprawdzam dostepne wersje:
apt-cache policy nvidia-kernel-dkms
A potem:
apt-get install nvidia-kernel-dkms
nvidia-xconfig
I po ponownym uruchomieniu systemu mogę korzystać tylko z powłoki tekstowej. Dodam, że przy instalacji sterownika wyskakuje komunikat o konflikcie Nouveau, nie wiem co to oznacza.

Sądząc po wyniku z posta 3, Ty masz tam grafikę Intela, a nie Nvidii.

Czyli masz dwie? Daj całe:
W przypadku dwóch możesz użyć Bumblebee:
https://wiki.debian.org/Bumblebee. Do tego nie tworzy się pliku xorg.conf.

Normalnie używany jest Intel, z Nvidii możesz skorzystać uruchamiając program poprzez optirun (instrukcje w podlinkowanym wyżej artykule o Bumblebee).
