Dzwięk tylko u jednego uŻytkownika

Sprawa wyglada tak dodałem nowego użytkownika i nie ma dźwieku wogle. Kiedy sie loguje kde wywala taki błąd:
co mogę z tym zrobić?Sound server informational message:

device /dev/dsp can't be opened (Permission denied)
