Dzień dobry.

Jestem początkującym użytkownikiem Debiana Wheezy. Próbowałem już szukać rozwiązania wiele razy, przejrzałem mnóstwo wątków, instalowałem różne wersje Linuksów, przez Ubuntu, Open SUSE aż po Debiana, lecz ciągle nie wiem i nie potrafię znaleźć z pewnością bardzo prostego rozwiązania.

Zainstalowałem system z trzech płyt DVD. Wszystko ładnie pięknie działa. Nie potrafię jednak skonfigurować sieci Wi-Fi. Internet działa póki co tylko przez kabel. Nie wiem, czy muszę jakoś zainstalować jakiegoś network managera, czy inny program do obsługi sieci? Czy trzeba zainstalować jakieś sterowniki?

Najpierw musisz uruchomić kartę (zainstalować moduł), masz 2 wyjścia do wyboru:
1. Opensource: http://wiki.debian.org/brcm80211 - Zalecane.
2. Własnościowe: http://wiki.debian.org/wl - W ostateczności.
Po zainstalowaniu karty postępuj zgodnie z linkiem od LordRuthwen.

Gdy wpisywałem to z punktu 3:

Wkleiłem po prostu:

to do konsoli, ale absolutnie nic się nie pokazało, więc nie wiem czy tak powinno być?

Po prostu zrób restart.

System widzi już sieci bezprzewodowe, ale nie może się połączyć z moją (WPA2). Jest najpierw uwierzytelnianie sieci, a potem że nie może się połączyć.
