Środowisko graficzne nie zawsze się uruchamia, czarny ekran

Witam.
M
am kolejny problem z Debianem. Zainstalowałem środowisko graficzne LXDE, xorg też zainstalowany. GRUB chyba normalnie działa, ostatnie jego polecenie jakie widzę to

Starting Gnome Display Manager: GDM
i po tym pojawia się czarny ekran. Nic wtedy nie da się zrobić, nie da przełączyć się między konsolami, pozostaje jedynie zrestartowanie komputera. Najśmieszniejsze jest to, że niekiedy środowisko graficzne uruchamia się prawidłowo, choć ostatnio coś już nie chce.

Z tego co zauważyłem w /var/log/Xorg.0.log to system chyba męczy się z ustawieniem rozdzielczości i z częstotliwością odświeżania, nie wiem czy tak ma być? Jak ustawić rozdzielczość monitora z konsoli?

Dobrze,, zainstalowałem sterowniki karty, przez modconf dodałem je do jądra. Rekonfigurowałem xorg, ale dalej to samo. Jedynie zmieniła się rozdzielczość ekranu.

Musisz chyba skopiować ten plik /root/xorg.conf.new do /etc/x11 i zmieinć jego nazwę na xorg.conf

Zrobiłem tak jak napisałeś, po restarcie załadowały się Xy. Ale jak wyłączyłem komputer i włączyłem znowu jest czarny ekran.

Zauważyłem, że jak zrestartuję komputer poleceniem:

to xy się wczytają, ale jak wyłączę ponownie tym samy poleceniem to przy następnym włączeniu jest czarny ekran. I o co tu chodzi?

Spróbuj usunąć z pomoca programu modconf ten sterownik.
Wedługg jakiego przepisu instalowałeś ten sterownik?

Nie mogę teraz znaleźć tej strony. Myślisz, że jest zły, albo źle zainstalowany? Nie da rady odinstalować tego sterownika bo jest używany...

Czy Debian to Arch Linux?
NIE.
Tam pewne rzeczy inaczej się konfiguruje i tutaj inaczej. Tu plik rc.conf swojej mocy nie ma i nie jest używany do jakiejkolwiek konfiguracji.

daw!d, zamykam temat do czasu aż przejrzysz odpowiedni temat w dziale dla początkujących. Nie ma sensu tłumaczyć kolejny już raz tego samego.
