Zauważyłem, że następuje zdecydowana poprawa, jeśli podczas korzystania z Skype uruchomię program PulseAudio Volume Control. Nie wiem czym dokładnie spowodowana jest poprawa jakości nagrywania dźwięków. Po prostu wystarczy włączyć powyższą aplikacje, bez potrzeby niczego zmieniania, ustawiania itp.
Co prawda nie jest to rozwiązanie, przynajmniej nie idealne, ale może komuś się przyda.
