Instalacja sterowników Nvidia FX 5200

Witam. Próbowałem zainstalować sterowniki do mojej karty graficznej Nvidia FX 5200, niestety próba się nie powiodła. Instalator wywala mi błąd braku zgodności czegoś tam. Wszystko robię według tej instrukcji:

Problem początkowo się pojawia przy:

no precompiled kernek interface... Would you like to attemp to download?

Później klikam na tak i informuje mnie, że nie odnalazł żadnego.

Następny błąd to:

The CC version check failed. ¯e wymagana jest gcc 4.1, a mam gcc 9.33

Najwidoczniej nie doczytałeś w tym poradniku, że:

Jedno z kolejnych pytań będzie dotyczyło pobierania plików z Internetu - odpowiedź No.

Na temat gcc poszukaj na forum.

według mnie na takiej wersji debiana z tak archaicznym jądrem będzie dużo niespełnionych zależności. poza tym:

Nie jest to temat do żartów...Twój post nic nie wniósł do tematu, a gdybyś nie zauważył to jest początkującym użytkownikiem Debiana, także proszę o troche zrozumienia :arrow:

po prostu nie wychodź z instalatora wpisując "no". Choć nie wiem dlaczego ludzie tak nie lubią sterów w jądrze od społeczności tkz "nv" przecież one fajne są xD

Wszystkie te problemy są opisane w poradniku, który podałeś w pierwszym poście. Z tego wynika, że nie dokładnie go przeczytałeś. Na pytanie o ściągnięcie "kernel interface" odpowiedz "No", natomiast w przy ostrzeżenie o kompilator zignoruj, o ile pamiętam trzeba dać "Yes".

Nie zapomnij zainstalować uprzednio linux-headers i build-essential (to wszystko jest w poradniku).
