Witam. Jestem nowym użytkownikiem Debiana.
Po zainstalowaniu systemu nie umie ustawić wi-fi. Posiadam laptopa HP Pavilion dv7-1140ew

Znalazłem jeden post na forum i według niego ściągnołem iwlwifi-5000-ucode-5.4.A.11 i skopiowałem do /lib/firmware/
Nic nie pomogło
Następnie według kolejnego postu zainstalowałem

apt-get update && apt-get install b43-fwcutter wicd wpasupplicant

i też nic tak jakby tej karty wi-fi nie było. Natomiast z kabla wszystko śmiga jak należy.
Nie mam już pomysłów co robić? Poprosiłbym o pomoc dla początkującego.

Na bank nie czytales dzialu poradniki na tym Forum.
