Witam.

Czy ktoś orientuje się czy paczka msttcorefonts są dostępne do ściągnięcia?

z tego co widzę wygląda na to że paczka służy jedynie nawiązaniu połączenia z serwerami na zewnątrz i pobraniu czcionek. Aczkolwiek nie udaje to się.
Próbowałem już pododawać numery ip do /etc/hosts ale bez rezultatu.
Dodam informację, że komputer łączy się z internetem przy pomocy routera - włączony jest NAT.

Proszę pomóżcie.

Wynika z powyższego, że nic się nie zepsuło.

Dobrze. nic nie straciłem aczkolwiek czcionek nie ma.
Sprawdziłem katalog /usr/share/fonts/ i nie widać.

Czy jest jakiś alternatywny sposób na ściągnięcie tych czcionek?

Mając fizycznie wspomniane czcionki np. w innym systemie, można je skopiować ręcznie do katalogu np.: /usr/share/fonts/truetype/. Następnie odbudować informacje o czcionkach w systemie:

Dobrze. Przekopiowałem pliki z Windowsa. Czcionki są w systemie. Dzięki!

Nie wiem czy zgodzić się na to bo tak troche dużo tych pakietów jest do usunięcia. :-/
Wcześniej próbowałem dodać czcionki ręcznie do katalogu /usr/share/fonts/trutype ale efekt był marny. Zniknęły mi wszystkie napisy w przeglądarkach internetowych a gdy próbowałem ustawić jakąś czcionkę ms w wyglądzie to miałęm wszędzie kwadraciki zamiast liter.
