Czy przypadkiem nie trzeba zmienić na squeze-backports w sources list? w opisie 7.11 jest mnóstwo odnośników do tej wersji backports. Jeśli tak to czy wystarczy zmiana w sources.list czy trzeba najpierw wyinstalować stare backports i jaką komendą?

Określ się jednoznacznie co chcesz osiągnąć. Masz wersję 7, zaktualizowałeś ją do najświeższej 7 czyli 7.11. Co jeszcze chcesz zaktualizować?
W przedstawionej konfiguracji repozytoriów nigdzie nie widać wpisu do repo chroma od google. Może masz to w /etc/apt/sources.list.d/?
Wymieszasz sobie dystrybucje i dopiero będziesz miał zagwózdkę do rozwiązania

Tak, repozytorium od Chrome trzodzi. Ustaw je porządnie albo usuń.

czy dam wheezy czy oldstable - wciąż mu coś nie pasuje.
Czyli pytanie brzmi - które backports pasują do 7.11 i jak się pozbyć poprzednich.

2, O co chodzi z tym repo od chroma? jakie mam ustawić? dotychczas chodziło bez żadnego repo bo było częścią systemu

3. Czy te komunikaty "stary" oznaczają, że są jakieś inne adresy teraz do ftp, czy po prostu ostrzega przed oldstable?

Miałeś i prawdopodobnie dalej masz wheeze'go - tu masz nazwy poszczególnych wydań wraz z numeracją: https://www.debian.org/releases/
Jak chcesz uniknąć niespodzianki w chwili, gdy ukaże się nowa wersja a Ty nie będziesz o tym wiedział to pozostaw wpisy repo z nazwą dystrybucji, czyli "wheezy". To samo tyczy się backportów. Pozostawiając "wheezy" a nie "oldstable" tak długo jak będzie "żyło to wydanie" i będą pokazywać się do niego aktualizacje będziesz miał do nich dostęp i nic się nie wymiesza.

Jaką częścią systemu jest chrome? Samo się to nie dodało co wyżej, to z Twojego systemu

Poszukaj jakie powinieneś mieć wpisy repo dla chroma i zmień w pliku powyżej. Jak nie chcesz aktualizować chome, zmień nazwę tego pliku dodając mu na koniec np. ".off"

Po pierwsze wpisy z wheezy nie działały (nie aktualizowało systemu) i ktoś mi tu zalecił zmienić wszystkie "wheezy" na "oldstable". To samo jest zalecane tutaj

Rozumiem, że jak jessie zrobi się oldstable to może być problem, ale z wpisem wheezy nie aktualizowąło nic.
Repo chrome mam gdzieś aktualnie - interesują mnie backporty.

Wg. adresu, który używasz do repo: http://ftp.pl.debian.org/debian/dists/ wheezy tam jest, są też i backporty do niego. Nie bardzo rozumiem zatem, dlaczego i co Ci nie działało.
