Bastian, nie ma pliku .so, bo to nie jest biblioteka dynamiczna, a zwykła biblioteka PHP: [url=http://http://packages.debian.org/sid/all/php-soap/filelist.
kiler44, jeśli zrobiłeś

apt-get install php-soap

...to już. Biblioteka jest w ścieżce przeszukiwania PHP, więc możesz jej używać w swoich skryptach. Polecam poczytać http://packages.debian.org/sid/all/php-soap/filelist
