W każdym razie /etc/apt/sources.list jest, "z grubsza", w porządku, ja unikam wpisywania tam obcych repozytoriów, a winehq do takich należy.
Pokaż też zawartość plików z katalogu /etc/apt/sources.list.d

Także chyba to... innej opcji obejścia nie było

Zrobiłem wpisy contrib i non-free do soutcel.list
z powyższego linku próbowałem jeszcze wpisać:Debian multimedia - dodatki z wiązane z odtwarzaniem muzyki, filmów - kodeki, wtyczki itp.

ale mi odrzuca tu:

A co z tym PPA bo mam kolejny program na liście który tego wymaga, piszą że manual jest do Ubuntu ale pod inne
Debian też powinno działać. To co wtedy robić jak innego manuala nie mam?

P.S Instrukcja instalacji do każdego programu spoza repo to nie absurd tylko codzienna rzeczywistość Linuxa.
