Panowie nie wiem gdzie jest problem. Konfiguruję jądro zgodnie z opisem kolegi Unit. Na koniec robię paczkę .deb i instaluję. Komunikat dalej ten sam:

Partycję /boot masz na ext4. Kompilujesz jądro z initrd?

Co do initrd rozumiem że rzecz polega na:

Wierzyłem, że sobie poradzisz dlatego zostawiłem Ci czas na zmagania.
Aby ręcznie nie trzeba było budować initrd, używa się opcji --initrd przy budowaniu pakietu deb i wtedy ten "magiczny" initrd zostanie utworzony podczas instalacji pakietu.
