Błędy we/wy na dysku - RAID0 i dwóch dyskach SCSI

Witam.
Od jakiegoś czasu zaczęły pokazywać mi się błędy na serwerze.
Proszę o pomoc, czy jest to wina dysku, czy może kontrolera?

Jak to sprawdzić?

fsck - nic nie zwraca także chyba wszystko ok.

Nie wiem jak uruchomić smartctl na RAID i dyski scsi :(

SMART działa bezpośrednio na dysku, a Ty masz sprzętowego RAIDa.
Ja więcej nie jestem w stanie pomóc. Sprawdź może jeszcze program cciss_vol_status (pakiet o tej samej nazwie), może on coś pokaże.
