[+] Niestabilne zachowanie KDE

Witam.
Od pewnego czasu mam problem z stabilnością KDE.

Największym problemem jest "czarny ekran". Podczas pracy w pewnym momencie zamiast środowiska graficznego otrzymuje czarny ekran, z kolei przechodząc do trybu tekstowego i po wydaniu polecenia:

otrzymuję komunikat:

Starting K Display Manager: kdmfailed (already running).

też nie pomaga.
Mam także spory problem z działaniem samego dolphina. Czasami kiedy otwieram jakiś katalog, potrafi się on zawiesić na co najmniej minutę. Zazwyczaj szybciej dla mnie jest zabić proces i uruchomić program ponownie.

Dodam jeszcze, że jakiś czas temu robiłem aktualizacje z Squeeze do Wheezy.

Obecnie tylko tyle jestem w stanie podać informacji, ponieważ nie jestem zaawansowanym użytkownikiem, używam systemu dla celów domowych.

Przepraszam za troszkę zbyt ogólne opisanie problemu, ale krótko mówiąc nie mam pojęcia co się dzieje z KDE na moim komputerze.

PS. Szukałem w Internecie informacji na temat czytania logów, ale to co znalazłem dotyczyło serwerów. Czy istnieje jakiś poradnik, krótkie ,,jak to zrobić'', jak czytać logi w poszukiwaniu błędów? Jeśli to nie problem to prosiłbym o namiary.

W Google znalazłem tylko informację, aby zaktualizować jądro, ale niedawno robiłem aktualizacje systemu i mam najnowsze w Wheezy.
Jakieś pomysły?

Wciąż dostarczyłeś trochę za mało informacji. Jaka wersja jądra, karta graficzna, wersja sterowników itd.? Zajrzyj, proszę, do działu dla początkujących.

Jesteś pewien, że przyczyną jest jądro? Od jak dawna zachodzą problemy? Od aktualizacji Lenny-Wheezy, może później, może wcześniej? Może na którymś etapie?

Jądro można spróbować wgrać nowsze/starsze.

Nie jestem pewien, przeczytałem tylko tak na jakimś forum, ale nie było tam informacji żeby komuś pomogło. Była reinstalacja systemu. To mniej więcej zaczęło się od przejścia z Lenny na Wheezy, ale głowy za to nie dam. Nie dzieje mi się to często, ale czasem się zdarza. Spróbuje poszukać jeszcze w Google, może wystarczy przeinstalować Xorga, albo wygenerować xorg.conf, ale nie mam z tym wielkiego doświadczenia, więc wole jeszcze poszukać informacji.

A aktualizowałeś z Lennego do wersji Wheezy bezpośrednio, czy dwustopniowo: najpierw Lenny - Squeeze, potem Squeeze - Wheezy? Przy bezpośredniej aktualizacji o dwa stopnie mają brzydki zwyczaj powstawać jednak błędy.

Przepraszam, wprowadziłem w błąd. Aktualizacja była z Squeeze do Wheezy, z wersji stabilnej do testowej.

Serio już nie mam pojęcia. Może jednak przeinstalować, żeby sie nie babrać. Ustawienia z /home w końcu możesz sobie przekopiować.
