Niepotrzebnie robisz bajzel w systemie instalując sterowniki dla innych dystrybucji.
Karta musi działać po zainstalowaniu pakietu firmware-qlogic.

Niestety nie działa, po zainstalowaniu firmware-qlogic wszystko przebiega pomyślnie za wyjątkiem błędu o treści:
