Brak dźwi

Mam taki problem, skonfigurowałem dźwięk według tego opisu: http://debian.linux.pl/threads/443-ALSA ... w-Linuksie ale dalej go nie mam. Mógłby mi ktoś pomóc i powiedzieć co jest nie tak?
karta dźwiękowa: sound blaster se
głośniki: creative inspire T7900 7.1

Dodam, że dopiero zaczynam pracę z Linuksem.
