Udało mi się zainstalować sterowniki własnościowe do nvidii. Jednak przestała działać konsola (ta dostępna spod CTRL+F1-F6).
Od górnej krawędzi wyświetla się tylko niebieski pasek szeroki na około 2cm. (Po wyłączeniu tapety z gruba pasek znikł, teraz jest tylko czarny ekran).
Jeżeli to mogłoby mieć jakieś znaczenie to mam zainstalowane też jako ekran powitalny plymouth.

Z tego wynika, że problem dotyczy rozdzielczości tapety w grubie. Usunąłem całkowicie tapetę. Problem pozostał.

Sposób z uvesafb również nie pomógł. Ktoś ma może jakieś pomysły, chociaż w czym szukać?
