mam taki problem zainstalowałem firefoxa no i bach.. chce go uruchomić.. i pojawia się i znika... gdzie może być problem bo już przegrzebałem wszystko i nie mogę nic znaleść.

Witam serdecznie wszystkich...
Chciałbym ograniczyć pasmo do/z internetu dla każdego usera indywidualnie ale żeby po sieci lokalnej czyli LAN/WLAN wszystko śmigało z prędkością połączenia czyli po Lanie zeby było 11Mb/s podczas ściągania z FTP... czy ktoś może mi podpowiedzieć jak to zrobić ponieważ ...
