Gdy chciałem zaktualizować system, sprawdziłem aktualizację w menadżerze wyrzuciło mi okienko:

Could not download all repository indexes

The repository may no longer be available or could not be contacted because of network problems.
If available an older version of the failed index will be used. Otherwise the repository will be ignored.
Check your network connection and ensure the repository address in the preferences is correct.

Wygląda na to że tych repozytoriów nie ma. Może powinienem je usunąć ale to chyba główne repozytoria. Jak usunąć błąd?

Przede wszystkim usuń zdwojone wpisy w sources.list
Niekiedy takie rzeczy się zdarzają i są wynikiem dokładnie tego, co otrzymałeś w wytłumaczeniu dlaczego nie może się system połączyć z serwerem. Niekiedy mijają, niekiedy nie.
Możesz spokojnie spróbować podniemić te "pl" w mirrorze, na któryś inny wpis z listy: http://debian.org/mirror/list i spróbować (oczywiście zmieniasz tylko adres mirrora, a pozostałą część wiersza APTa pozostawiasz niezmienioną, czyli ma to mieć taką strukturę deb <adres_serwera> dystrybucja sekcja/e - masz zmienić jedynie <adres_serwera> na jakiś inny z listy, np. wystarczy "pl" zamienić na "us", "de", czy jakikolwiek chcesz)
