skasowany katalog - jak odzyska

Dobra więc tak:
Przez przypadek skasowałem katalog usera w /home poleceniem:

Kod: Zaznacz cały

rm -r /home/user/

System ma rok a kopie zapasowe parę miesięcy. Co z tym zrobić? Dodam że partycja to ext3 i /home jest na głównej.
Proszę o pomoc jestem zrozpaczony...

ok zrobiłem obraz partycji i odpalilem ten magiczny program...
przeskamowal ten obraz (w jakies 20sek)po czym napisał:
