Hm... z tego co widzę masz W10 GPT.
Masz zainstalowany grub-efi-amd64?

Czyli Windows jest zainstalowany w trybie UEFI, a Debian w trybie BIOS?

Nie chcę tu niczego przesądzać, ale ... prawdopodobnie jedynym wyjściem będzie "przerobienie" instalacji Debiana na UEFI, a potem dodanie Win10 do menu Gruba wg tego (tam zresztą masz dodatkowe linki):

Dostosuj ewentualne różnice w nazewnictwie katalogów (grub/grub2) i tak dalej.

@Kamilko tak jest zainstalowany.
@marcin1982 Średnio rozumiem co mam do końca zrobić, "przerobić" Debiana na UEFI - tylko jak bo niezabardzo rozumiem i dodać do GRUBa po tym to co jest w liku dostosowywując do tego gdzie jest zainstalowany Windows?

Dostosuj obecną instalację Debiana do UEFI:

Potem dodaj do Gruba2 wpis dla Windows10 wg porad z wiki Archa, ale zwróć uwagę na ewentualne różnice w składni poleceń Gruba między Archem a Debianem.
