Czyli Windows jest zainstalowany w trybie UEFI, a Debian w trybie BIOS?
Nie chcę tu niczego przesądzać, ale ... prawdopodobnie jedynym wyjściem będzie "przerobienie" instalacji Debiana na UEFI, a potem dodanie Win10 do menu Gruba wg tego (tam zresztą masz dodatkowe linki):
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GR ... menu_entry .
Dostosuj ewentualne różnice w nazewnictwie katalogów (grub/grub2) i tak dalej.

Dostosuj obecną instalację Debiana do UEFI:
http://tanguy.ortolo.eu/blog/article51/debian-efi .
Potem dodaj do Gruba2 wpis dla Windows10 wg porad z wiki Archa, ale zwróć uwagę na ewentualne różnice w składni poleceń Gruba między Archem a Debianem.
