Karta sieciowa TP-LINK TL-WN722N po aktualizacji jądra.nie działa poprawnie

Witam.
Mam problem z kartą sieciową TP-LINK TL-WN722N, polega on na tym, że gdy podpięta jest ona do terminala podczas startu systemu nie jest wykrywalna ponieważ system nie może załadować sterownika, ale gdy wypnę ją i podepnę ponownie sterownik jest ładowany i wszystko jest poprawnie, działa nawet hostapd.

Problem pojawił się po aktualizacji jądra z domyślnego 3.1.0 na 3.5.1. Gdzie mam wrzucić potrzebny plik htc_9271.fw? Dotychczas miałem go w katalogu /lib/firmware i było wszystko w porządku. Teraz w tym katalogu mam jeszcze katalog 3.5.1-terminal i tam również go wkleiłem, ale to nie pomogło.
