Widzisz, to o czym piszesz, to już przerabiałem po instalacji Visty :) Bo miałem wcześniej XP i Debiana, zainstalowałem Vistę, no to zainstalował się bootloader visty. (czyli tak jakbym zrobił fixmbr z visty). Potem zainstalowałem GRUBa, no i po wyborze Vista nic się nie działo. A po wyborze XP na moment pojawiało się menu z visty i zaraz komputer się resetował.

Ale problem rozwiązałem przy pomocy magicznego polecenia CFDISK. A Vistę wystawię na Allegro i koniec przygód z tym "systemem" ;-) Poddałem się? A jak!

a jak zainstalować gruba na dyskietce?

bo przez tego w mbr mam problemy z odpaleniem xp

podczas instalacji wybierasz jako miejsce instalacji gruba lokalizacje /dev/fd0

jeśli system masz już zainstalowany, a chcesz zainstalować gruba jeszcze raz, to robisz np. tak jak tutaj:

dodam jeszcze że system ładuje mi się dobre 15 min i zawiesza sie na uruchamianiu usług systemowych ale jak go zresetuje to ładuje sie wszystko bez problemu :-/
I kilka razy był problem z wykryciem pierwszego dysku przy uruchamianiu kompa i wyświetliło mi się że nie można załadować systemu operacyjnego. Może dysk mi się sypie...

który system, winda?

wpis w /boot/grub/menu.lst wygląda ok, więc nie wiem co jest problemem, może tan dysk.

debian ale windows też tak mi się raz odpalał.

chyba zrobie jeszcze raz porządnego formata.

No nie bardzo mi się chce :-P ale moja zerowa wiedza na temat linuxów mnie do tego zmusza, przynajmniej dobrze nauczę się instalować system.
Nie ma tego złego co by na dobre nie wyszło ;-)

ale wielkie dzięki za dobre chęci :)

EDIT: Problem rozwiązany,

Oznaczało że na partycji sda8 mam folder /boot/

A ja z partycji sda8 zrobiłem boot więc powinno być:

OK, ale tło jest zasłanianie czarnym tłem tabelki... jak zmienić to tło tabelki aby nie miało tła? Oraz żeby napisy były czarne (Jak i również ramka tabelki?)

EDIT: Shashowanie liniki color pomogło.
