Wheezy po wybudzeniu wykrzacza obraz acer d270

Będąc na tty7 gdy wyświetla się środowisko graf. inicjuję uśpienie (klapa lub przycisk), po wybudzeniu na całej matrycy mam mnóstwo mieniących się różnokolorowych kwadracików. System działa dalej - można np. zainicjować wyłączenie i system się zamknie, ale nie można już np. przełączać miedzy konsolami (tzn pewnie można, ale nic nie widać). Identyczna sytuacja jest przy hibernacji. Próbowałem usypiać bez zapisywania sesji lub będąc za/wylogowanym (z poziomu tty7) - efekt ten sam.

Natomiast będąc za/wylogowanym w środowisku graf, ale inicjując uśpienie z konsoli (np na tty4) wybudza się normalnie, mało tego przełączając się na tty7, środowisko normalnie się wyświetla, mogę się zalogować lub wylogować i wszystko gra.

Problem oczywiście znika na jessie, ale z pewnych powodów nie chce 8-mki na tym sprzęcie.

Zapewne chodzi o sterownik grafiki i jądro, ale nie wiem zupełnie jak się do tego zabrać i czy w ogóle sens mają próby naprawienia tego.
